we had a steamboat for dinner the other weekend!
a steamboat is basically a pot full of water and whatever flavoured stock you want, and there're heat beads under the pot so it boils, and you have a little metal net that you fill full of food, like little chunks of fish, chicken, vegies and whatever else really. then you dip it into the water for a bit till it cooks and TA DAH! dinner time!
